a. First Clement of Rome cites Hebrews in his epistle, so it has to be before that time which is 95 AD.

b. The impression is given that this person heard the gospel from eyewitness accounts and so it has to be a second or third generation believer which is way before Clement wrote his epistle.

c. It is possible that this could have been written before the temple was destroyed because the author would've used that in his writings, and he didn't.
